Terms of Service

Welcome to BUTTY BACH LTD. By using our service, you agree to the following terms.

1. Subject of Agreement

BUTTY BACH LTD provides services for the preparation and delivery of food products. All orders are subject to ingredient availability and delivery area feasibility.

2. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices without notice, though the price of a confirmed order remains fixed.

3. Cancellation and Returns

Due to the perishable nature of goods, order cancellation is possible no later than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Quality defects must be reported within 2 hours of receipt.

4. Limitation of Liability

BUTTY BACH LTD is not liable for allergic reactions if the client failed to notify us during the order process. Our liability is limited to the cost of the order itself.
